The process
We schedule one (1) annual visit where we go through the store and fix what can be repaired immediately without spare parts. A spare parts order is created simultaneously and reviewed with the store manager before ordering. Only the final visit remains when the spare parts have been delivered and need to be installed.
The agreement means that as many deficiencies as possible are addressed during the visit, thus spare parts are ordered only once, minimizing shipping costs and installation occasions, beneficial for both the wallet and the environment.
